When I called back the next day they offered me a $20 credit for $45 worth of terrible food. I asked to speak to the owner and the manager/teenager (who had an attitude) said that I can leave my number but I probably won't get a call back. The house of pizza has a very good pizza, but parking is a little tight. Besides pizza they have a decent menu. We have a large menu that includes everything from sandwiches and salads to pasta and chops, and offer daily specials to keep you coming back for more.
Have been ordering from House for years, usually on Friday nights. Last week we ordered and it was over 2 hours for delivery and our food was cold. They gave us 20.00 off our order which was ok but they really didn’t care much.

We loved the wonderful ambience and the meals. The waiters are super friendly. I’m glad we ultimately managed to visit this place.

When the food finally arrived it was cold and we were missing an item. When I called them they said they were closed and there is nothing they can do.
Then tonight I called to order and the young girl who answered the phone got my address wrong and then was arguing with me about it. Food is great but to have people like that answering the phone is a huge mistake. Hope they get it together and and start caring about there customers again. And the girl who answered the phone definitely needs more customer service training.
